Thank you to our sponsors for making it happen. How it happened.

Allow me on behalf of the WordPress Kampala Community to thank first of all our hosts. Hive CoLab who not only sponsor our venue needs at WordCamps but also give us meeting rooms for our monthly meetups through our the year. Hive CoLab  is a Co Working center that gives affordable working space to tech startups in Kampala Uganda and they are located in Kamwokya, Kanjokya Street.

Next I will also thank the entire global WordPress community for the support and orientation to our team to make the organisation seemlessly. This was a blessing to us and also helped us keep up the standards of WordCamp events as compared to all other cities in the World.

The Automattic Team was a key pillar in the three WordCamps Kampala has had through the Gold sponsorship of their products of JetPack which is a must have plugin for any WordPress website as it has features of analytics, sharing among others. Another Sponsor from the Automattic family is WooCommerce a plugin that helps you set up an online store in just a few hours. WooCommerce just like JetPack has supported the Kampala WordPress Community for three years now.

Other Gold Sponsors inlcuded GoDaddy , Bluehost and Hubspot a key CRM that can be intergrated with WordPress websites.

Locally we also had community sponsors such as Sadja Web Solutions Gotech Uganda and Digital Blend Africa.

Our Hearts our warmed up for you.
