Ochieng Raphael Otaala is a Ugandan Software and Web Developer, as well as an Information Security Consultant, with a strong commitment to servant leadership and continuous personal growth.
He brings over 8 years of corporate work experience, complemented by more than seven years in management and leadership. Raphael is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NGX Web Services, where he leads the delivery of innovative digital solutions.
Professionally, he serves as a Senior IT Officer – Applications Development at the National Water and Sewerage Corporation, a government institution in Uganda’s water utility sector, a role he has held for the past 8 years.
Raphael holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Security Management from the Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Computing (First Class Honours) from Kyambogo University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Management Studies (MMS) at the Uganda Management Institute.
