Emmanuel Angoda is an award-winning ICT teacher at Lira Town College, outgoing team leader of the Lira WordPress community, and founder of the Triskelion Education and Skills Initiative (TESI). A renowned STEM advocate, he builds WordPress websites and teaches coding to youth, fostering digital skills and driving community impact across northern Uganda. He has received multiple awards for his contributions to the education sector.
